Company Description

P&F Industries helps craftsmen use less muscle. The company operates through two primary subsidiaries: Continental Tool Group and Countrywide Hardware. Continental Tool Group sells air-powered tools, including sanders, drills, and saws, through its Florida Pneumatic Manufacturing and Hy-Tech Machine units. Florida Pneumatic's Berkley Tool division makes pipe-cutting tools and wrenches for machinery for Sears and Home Depot. Countrywide Hardware, through its Nationwide Industries unit, produces and imports hardware for doors, gates, fences, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms, as well as stair parts. In mid-2010 the company ceased operating through its WM Coffman unit.
