Company Description

This company might just take football fans on a wild ride. PDB Sports owns and operates the Denver Broncos professional football team, one of the more successful franchises in the National Football League. The Broncos made four Super Bowl appearances in the 1970s and 1980s before winning back-to-back championships following the 1997 and 1998 seasons. The franchise was founded by local sports entrepreneur Bob Howsam and first took the field in 1960 as part of the American Football League. Denver joined the NFL when the two leagues merged in 1970. The team plays host at Denver's INVESCO Field at Mile High. President and CEO Pat Bowlen and his family have owned the Broncos since 1985.
