OHB builds communities of single-family homes, condos, and townhomes for first-time and move-up buyers, luxury homebuyers, empty nesters, and active adult homebuyers. Prices range from $165,000 to more than $2.3 million, depending on the region. The company delivered some 1,250 homes in fiscal year 2008 in about 90 communities. Nowhere near the Crescent City, OHB operates mainly in the Philadelphia metro area (including several counties in New Jersey and New York), the Carolinas, and Virginia.
