The UK firm is in the business of developing leisure and entertainment centers, complete with such activities and experiences as indoor sky diving, adventure climbing, and indoor surfing. Its flagship YES! project in South Yorkshire was a planned 327-acre development that would have also included lodging, dining, and meeting facilities. The project agreement was terminated in 2011 after Oak's lack of funding delayed the development. In 2010, the firm acquired Hampshire development Ringwood Town & Country Experience, where it will build a multipurpose sports facility. Oak also offers consulting services.
