New York's personalized license plates include those for acupuncturists, NASCAR fans, arts supporters, and college alumni. NYDMV also publishes driving manuals, publishes statistics on the state's vehicle accidents and issues permits and stickers for all-terrain vehicle trails, high-occupancy-vehicle lanes, annual vehicle inspections, and private boats.
