As the largest central repository of government-funded scientific, business, technical, and engineering information, NTIS wrangles more than 3 million publications (books, CDs, reports, and magazines) covering at least 350 subject areas. The agency's main focuses are collecting and disseminating information to the public, and producing publications for other federal organizations.
