The agency exclusively represents about 100 speakers in North America (mostly Canada) and provides occasional services for 1,000 more. Its pool of motivational and informational speakers include television personalities, politicians, sports figures, and experts. The company also has access to a network of international speakers through subsidiary Global Speakers Agency. NSB is a division of the Contemporary Group of Communications Companies, a group of talent and public relations agencies owned and operated by NSB's president Perry Goldsmith.
