The company operates through three divisions: NCC Construction builds highways and other civil engineering facilities, residential developments, and office and retail space. NCC Property Development develops commercial properties. NCC Roads produces aggregates, operates asphalt plants and gravel and rock pits, and provides paving and road services. Although it primarily operates in Scandinavia, the company also builds houses in Germany and the Baltic region. Swedish firm Nordstjernan controls nearly 55% of NCC.
