The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) is rated "E" for entertainment. The trade association represents the interests of major US film, TV, and home-entertainment companies in the nation's capitol of Washington, DC. It is best known as the entity that provides the G, PG, PG13, R, and NC-17 motion-picture ratings. It also leads the fight against piracy and copyright violations and provides TV-show ratings. MPAA's board of directors includes the studio heads of the six major movie companies, including Walt Disney Studios , Sony Pictures , Paramount Pictures , Fox Filmed Entertainment , Universal Studios , and Warner Bros .
