Healthful products spring forth from MotherNature.com. The online retailer offers health-conscious shoppers thousands of products, such as vitamins, minerals, nutritional supplements, herbs, alternative medicines, bath and body products, books, and pet care items. In addition to hundreds of national brands, MotherNature.com sells its own line of vitamins, supplements, and herbs, as well as organic coffees. Launched in 1995, the company folded in early 2001 during the dot-com bust. Privately held Naturalist.com, which runs a network of health and environmental websites, bought the assets and relaunched the site later that year. It now outsources most of its shipping and warehousing operations.
