One of Poland's largest construction and erection companies, Mostostal Warszawa was originally known for reconstructing bridges, such as the Poniatowski Bridge in Warsaw in 1945. The company has diversified, and it now designs and constructs industrial and public buildings, housing environmental protection facilities, and public infrastructure that include not only bridges, but also overpasses, roads, and railway lines. Spanish construction conglomerate Acciona owns about 50% of the company. Mostostal Warszawa is looking to diversify services and grow in international markets.
