After merging all of its subsidiaries into the parent company, its portfolio totals about 15 million sq. ft. of commercial space, some 10,000 residential suites, and more than 150 properties in Canada. (Formerly a subsidiary, Morguard Residential is now a division and is primarily involved in the management of multi-unit residential properties.)
