The institute invests in commercial real estate -- including office, retail, and storage properties -- in Central and Eastern Europe. MERE is currently focused on investing in and managing high cash flow-generating real estate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and the Baltic States. Owned by Middle Europe Investments, MERE has offices in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and Slovakia.
