When it comes to supplying useful doodads to manufacturers, there's no madness in Methode Electronics' methods. Methode produces a wide variety of components, especially electronic connectors and controls, that are used by automotive manufacturers (Chrysler, Delphi, Ford, and others together account for about half of sales) and in computers, communications equipment, industrial systems, aircraft and spacecraft, and consumer electronics. The company also makes electrical bus systems and optical fiber products. Methode offers electrical, environmental, and other industrial testing services through its Trace Laboratories unit.
