The integrated health network, formed through a joint operating agreement between Catholic Health Initiatives and Trinity Health, manages hospital systems in five Iowa cities: Clinton, Des Moines, Dubuque, Mason City, and Sioux City. The network also includes several rural hospitals and affiliated facilities. The largest hospital group is Mercy Medical Center-Des Moines, which consists of three campuses (including a mental health facility) with more than 900 inpatient beds.
