The primary member of the Merchant House Group is Merchant Capital, which provides corporate finance, investment advisory, and securities brokerage services. Investment offerings include structured products and funds such as its Gemini Turnaround Fund, launched in 2011 to take advantage of the group's corporate turnaround activities. Another unit, Merchant House Financial Services, has a network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) across South England. The 49%-owned Merchant House Finance venture provides asset finance services such as business equipment leasing and factoring. The group has some £950 million ($1.5 billion) in client assets under management.
