The company's beers are available throughout the US, as well as in Europe and Canada through the company's subsidiary, United Breweries International. Mendocino's products are distributed in its European territory by UK brewer Shepherd Neame. It also opeates two brew pubs  -- one in Hopland, California, and one in Saratoga Springs, New York. Billionaire Vijay Mallya owns more than 70% of the company.
