Its TV holdings include networks Canale 5, Italia 1, and Rete 4 (Retequattro); and several pay-TV channels. Government-run RAI Radiotelevisione italiana operates three networks and is Mediaset's main competitor. Mediaset also owns global TV production company Endemol (Big Brother, Fear Factor), along with US private equity firm Goldman Sachs .
