Media Square operated through 10 agencies and units, including The Gate Worldwide, a specialist advertising and communications network with operations in Europe and the Asia/Pacific, and Fourninety, Holmes & Marchant, and LloydNorthover -- three packaging and design agencies with expertise in corporate branding and catalogue and brochure design. Burdened with a heavy debt load, in late 2011 Media Square was placed into administration.
