The company (formerly eLoyalty) provides customer relationship management (CRM) data analysis services used by companies to collect and analyze customer data generated from sources including e-mail, call centers, as well as field sales and Internet channels. It also offers systems designed to measure financial and operating metrics associated with CRM programs and tools to help credit card companies, banks, and brokerages to identify instances of identity or financial fraud. Mattersight's customers have included Allstate, AT&T, and Agilent. The company does nearly all of its business in the US, but it also has clients in Europe and Australia.
