The company is a fruit and vegetable grower, packer, shipper, and wholesaler and is the largest commercial agricultural company in Arizona. Its melons, sold under the KANDY brand, include traditional cantaloupe; seeded, seedless, and personal watermelons; and honeydews, as well as variety melons such as Crenshaw, orange flesh, and Santa Claus. In addition to its corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Martori has three other Arizona facilities. The company is owned and managed by the Martori family.
