Majestic Capital also offers workers' comp administrative services to self-insured groups made up of employers within a given industry. In addition, the company acts as a broker by placing excess coverage for the groups, and it reinsures part of this coverage through subsidiary Twin Bridges. However, the firm, facing financial difficulties, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2011.
