It markets a variety of dressings including blue cheese, ranch, and vinaigrette, along with low fat and organic products. It also makes fruit dips, glazes, and cheese crumbles, as well as apple cider and marinades. With manufacturing facilities in Idaho and Michigan, Litehouse products are sold mostly through grocery retailers and warehouse clubs across the North America. Litehouse also supplies dressings and other products to food service distributors and restaurants. Litehouse was founded by Edward Hawkins in 1963 and is owned and run by the Hawkins family.
