Company Description

Lincoln Foodservice Products, a subsidiary of Manitowoc Foodservice, makes commercial ovens, cookware, and food preparation equipment (cutters, scoopers, slicers). Products and brands include Impinger and FastBake forced hot-air conveyor ovens, Wear-Ever cookware, Fresh-O-Matic food steamers, and Redco food preparation machines. The company also distributes Centurion and Optio branded stainless steel cookware. It maintains its own sales force, as well as a network of 1,400 independent dealers. Lincoln was established in 1957 and has gone through various incarnations (including life as a subsidiary of Alcoa and as a public company) before being bought by Enodis plc in 1995. Enodis merged in 2008 with Manitowoc.
