Its more than 70 pan-Asian products include appetizers, egg rolls, meals, and sauces. The company sells its food products to restaurants and other hospitality operators, as well as to consumers through grocery retailers (Kroger and Albertsons ) and membership warehouse clubs (SAM'S CLUB and Costco ). Originally the operator of the Kahiki Supper Club in Columbus, Ohio, the company switched gears to focus on frozen food production in 1993 under the leadership of the late Michael Tsao.
