Company Description
Jamaica Producers Group is all things banana. It grows 'em, ripens 'em, packages 'em, and even bottles 'em. (And yes, it owns "banana boats.") The company's products include fresh bananas, banana snacks, and banana-flavored (and other fruit-flavored) juices, all under the Sunjuice label. Its foods group process the fresh produce and makes dried-fruit snack products. The company's produce is exported from its approximately 3,900 acres of Jamaican farmland to customers in the UK, the European continent, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic through its shipping company (the one with the boats; although, really, we should refer to them as state-of-the-art ocean-going steamships).
