It also provides construction and program management and design/build services. J. E. Dunn Construction, which is among the largest US general builders, was one of the first contractors to offer the construction management delivery method. Major projects it has completed include an IRS facility and the world headquarters for H&R Block, both in Kansas City, Missouri.
