Company Description

Industrial Developments International (IDI) develops, owns, manages, and leases industrial properties throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. Founded in 1989, the firm has developed more than 60 business parks containing approximately 130 million sq. ft. of space to date, including warehouse, distribution, and light manufacturing facilities. The company's investment portfolio includes some 25 million sq. ft. of space owned through development partnerships, joint ventures, and investment funds. It also manages more than 55 million sq. ft. of space for its own account and for third parties. IDI is a subsidiary of Japanese construction and real estate giant Kajima.
