Indiana University Health (formerly known as IU Health) has heeded the call for health care for all in the state of Indiana. As one of the largest health systems in the state, not-for-profit IU Health owns or is affiliated with more than 20 hospitals and health centers throughout the state, including three major hospitals -- Methodist Hospital, Indiana University Hospital, and Riley Hospital for Children -- that serve the downtown Indianapolis area with nearly 2,900 beds.
