Company Description
One of Europe's leading real estate firms, IVG Immobilien owns, invests in, develops, and manages commercial properties in Germany and major cities throughout Western Europe. Its portfolio contains approximately 750 properties (mainly office buildings) containing some six million sq. m. of floor space. The company also manages about 50 property funds on behalf of institutional and private investors. It has more than €22 billion ($33 billion) of assets under management. IVG Immobilien's operating units include IVG Asset Management and IVG Funds; IVG Caverns constructs, operates, and leases some 40 underground caverns in Germany for oil and gas storage, and holds the development rights for at least 90 more.
