Its Environmental Systems and Industrial Plants unit makes waste incineration and recycling plants, sludge treatment, and desalination plants. Its Machinery and Process Equipment unit makes turbines, boilers, diesel engines, incineration facilities, and power generation facilities. The company's Steel Structures and Construction Machinery segment constructs bridges and makes tunneling machinery. The Other Businesses unit includes remote tsunami monitoring stations and GPS warning systems. More than 90% of sales come from Japan.
