The company manufactures heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, including split-system air conditioners and heat pumps, gas furnaces, packaged units, air handlers, and evaporator coils. Goodman operates seven plants in Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Florida. It sells products under the Goodman, Amana, and Quietflex brands through some 135 company-operated distribution centers and about 700 independent distributor locations throughout North America.
