Established in 1979, Gibson Overseas manufactures dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. The company makes and markets its products under the Cuisine Select, Gibson Everyday, Gibson Elite brand names, as well as under licenses Sunbeam and Oster. Gibson Overseas sells its wares (including combination sets, which put dinnerware, flatware, and glassware all in one box) to large retailers the likes of Pier 1 Imports and Crate & Barrel. The company is owned by the Gabbay family and today is run by founder Nejat Gabbay's three sons.
