Gerland, operates about 15 supermarkets under the Food Fair, Food Town, and Grand Market banners in and around Houston, Texas. Gerland's grocery stores feature its own Parade private-label products, including milk and cottage cheese; they also offer carryout food such as Krispy Kreme doughnuts and Antone's Famous Po'Boys (through in-store sandwich shops). Gerland stores also house in-store Check Cashing & More locations, which cash payroll and government checks, sell money orders, stamps, and lottery tickets, and provide copy and fax services, among other activities.
