The company, which formerly provided electronic trading services to individual professional traders, was co-founded by Brian Gelber (company chairman and president) and Frank Gelber (CFO). In addition to its Chicago headquarters, the company also has offices in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York, as well as the UK and Switzerland.
