Company Description
Furniture Village wants to populate every single room in your home with its individual furnishings. The retailer operates through about three dozen locations throughout the UK that sell mid-market to high-end upholstered, wooden, and custom furniture for the living room, bedroom, and dining room, as well as occasionals and accessories to complement each suite of furniture. In mid-2009 the firm bought the World of Leather brand name to strenghten its position in high-end leather furniture. Furniture Village's Motion furniture line offers sofas, chairs and beds with massage features. The company was co-founded by managing director Peter Harrison in the early 1990s.
