Company Description

Belying its somewhat over-encompassing name, Fujitsu Computer Products of America (FCPA) sells scanners and related software and accessories in only part of one of the Americas. The company, a subsidiary of Japanese technology titan Fujitsu Limited, is the US distribution arm of the group's document imaging scanner business. Besides distribution sales and marketing, it also handles finance and administration in the country, as well as engineering and technical support and servicing. FCPA's scanners are sold under two main product lines: the ScanSnap series, targeted at consumers and small businesses, and the enterprise-level Fi-Series. It also offers the Rack2-Filer document management and editing software.
