The company operates in the US as Wheels and does business in other countries through Fleet Synergy International, an alliance of fleet management and leasing firms. Overall, Wheels manages more than 315,000 vehicles. It also purchases and remarkets some 120,000 vehicles annually. Wheels was established in 1939, and is owned and led by the family of founder Zollie Frank.
