The fast-growing retailer operates more than 480 stores under the Forever 21, XXI Forever, ForLove 21, and Heritage 1981 banners in the US, Canada, Asia, the Middle East, and now the UK, as well as an e-commerce site. CEO Don Chang and his wife founded the company as Fashion 21 in 1984.
