A personal auto insurer operating in a dozen states and licensed in about the same number of additional states, First Acceptance specializes in providing non-standard auto insurance -- that is, insurance for drivers who have trouble getting coverage because of poor driving records or payment histories, but who must have the minimum coverage required by state laws.
