The company sold its fine chemicals business and its grinding and mixing unit (Grenier Charvet), and is making acquisitions to strengthen its global standing in the automated food processing and aeronautics industries. The Gorgé family owns more than half of Finuchem. About three-quarters of the company's sales derive from France.
