Feroleto Steel Company, a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho America, is a steel service center whose products include cold rolled steel strips and slitted flat steel products primarily for the automotive industry. Feroleto processes flat steel products (slitting and fabricating, primarily) from three facilities in Connecticut, Tennessee, and West Virginia. The company was founded in 1958 by Frank Feroleto. Toyota Tsusho made its first US acquisition when it bought Feroleto Steel in 1990.
