Be it lacy or funky, Far Eastern New Century (FENC) gives style new direction. The company touts global prominence in polyester and textile production, brand name, and technology. It manufactures and sells semi-finished and finished goods, including an array of yarns, fabrics, bed sheets and towels, and knitted apparel. The company is Asia's #1 producer of polyester polymer and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, used in beer bottles to car seat covers. It prints and dyes cloth as well as manufactures films, such as optical, antiglare, and wide-view. Established in 1954, FENC, formerly Far Eastern Textile, is part of the Far Eastern Group, a Taiwan-based conglomerate with more than 180 affiliated companies.
