Company Description

The international satellite operator, number three in the world, broadcasts more than 3,000 TV channels and 1,100 radio channels to nearly 170 million homes in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia. With more than 20 satellites, it provides Internet, multimedia, and corporate services along with mobile voice, data, and tracking services. The company will add another five satellites to its constellation by the end of the decade. Holding company Eutelsat Communications, which was listed on Euronext Paris in late 2005, is the parent firm of operating subsidiary Eutelsat S.A.
