Duoyuan Printing (formerly Asian Financial) is coming out of its shell. Formerly a shell company without operations, Duoyuan Printing today runs an offset printing equipment business that markets and sells primarily pre-press and press products, including computer-to-plate (CTP) systems and single-color and multicolor large and small format presses, to distributors throughout China. Its subsidiaries, Langfang Duoyuan and Hunan Duoyuan, handle the manufacturing. Together with its distributors, Duoyuan Printing also offers aftersales service and technical support. Duoyuan Printing filed to go public in September 2009 at an offering price of $69 million.
