The self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) invests in and manages commercial and multifamily properties. It owns about 50 office properties (totaling 11.8 million sq. ft.) in the heart of Hollywood and surrounding areas and in Hawaii. The REIT owns the famed Sherman Oaks Galleria, an open-air mall and office-space development in Southern California. The company also has nearly 3,000 apartment units in tony West Los Angeles neighborhoods and Honolulu.
