Getting little ones around town safely is Dorel Juvenile Group's primary push. The firm makes infant car seats, strollers, high chairs, changing tables, monitors, and toddler beds and cribs. Dorel Juvenile's own brands include Cosco, Maxi-Cosi, and Safety 1st and in Europe Bébé Confort, Maxi-Cosi, Quinny, Monbébé, Babidéal, Baby Relax, and Safety 1st. It licenses other big-name brands, such as Eddie Bauer, Playskool, and Disney Baby. Dorel Juvenile is a unit of Canadian company Dorel Industries. It was formed in 2000 when Safety 1st was acquired and its operations were folded into Dorel's existing juvenile operation, Cosco.
