This link will open in a new window Since it was founded in 1969, Dongfeng Motor Corporation (DFMC) has grown into one of the top three automotive groups in China (the other two leaders are China FAW Group and Shanghai Automotive Industry ). The company makes commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and automotive components. DFMC controls more than 50% of the medium truck market and close to 35% of the heavy truck market in China.
