DMS Health Technologies helps doctors get past the glitzy exterior and see the real you. The company sells diagnostic medical imaging equipment, new and reconditioned cardiac and patient monitoring systems, and ultrasound supplies and accessories. It also provides onsite diagnostic medical imaging services, such as magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine, and bone density testing. The company boasts some 200 mobile units which serve penitentiary systems, nursing homes, and other long-term care facilities, as well as rural hospitals that cannot invest in such equipment. DMS Health Technologies is an operating division of the Otter Tail Corporation, which has agreed to sell the business to Platinum Equity.
