Ditech Networks' echo cancellation equipment regulates the distracting echoes that can occur in long distance, satellite, and wireless phone calls. It has also developed other voice improvement devices, including voice-to-text, and voice processing products for VoIP networks. The company, which uses a third-party manufacturer, primarily markets through a direct sales force in the US; it utilizes resellers and distributors overseas. Ditech's largest customers include telecommunications service providers Verizon Wireless, Intercall, and AT&T. Customers in the US provide more than half of the company's sales.
